Once purchased we will assist with the design and shire processes if needed. Construction starts with set out , clearing, topsoil stripping and sifting for re-use on site, gravel stripping and sifting for re-use on site, rock breaking, supply and install of septics/soak wells and all plumbing from septics to sand pad. No hard digging is required by the builder. The work we provide on housepads includes construction of all bunds and pitching, driveways, services for shed pads/ bores/water tanks, all service trenches with conduits installed and backfilled, sand pads compacted to superior results done in layers with water binding and track rolling, sand-only clean pit sand not recycled, all engineering included, all excess removed off site or sorted and stockpiled on site, fence post holes and swimming pool holes. The entire site or work area will be left in immaculate condition.

- Rock walls to cut side of pad.
- Top soil strip and sift for garden beds.
- Gravel strip and sift for driveway.
- Over excavation soak wells and leach drains backfilled with sifted rock (not dirt) covered with geo fabric.
- Service trenches – 800mm deep not 600 mininmum, conduit installed with draw string, this enables back filling of trenches to clean up entire site.
- Trimming and track roll of cut pad with excavation for extra compaction.
- Compaction of low side of sand pad in several stages.
- Minimum 6 hours compaction of sand for ultimate compaction.
- Full concreting of septic once passed by shire.
- Light covering with sand for easy location.
- Ascon on plan for future location of septic/soakwells and service runs.
- Cut off drain to top side of cut (to stop surface runoff).
- Transplant of grass trees if required.
- Sand drains through bund wall for subsoil drainage.
- Entire site left neat and tidy (this includes sweeping of footpath and roads)
- Yellow or river sand for sand pad (not white or recycled).
